The Roundtable's Teaching Artistis Affairs Committee has developed an Employment Survey for Teaching Artists to creating an accurate pay scale that will shed some light on how teaching artists are compensated for their work in New York City. Compiling this data will benefit both teaching artists and the organizations that hire them, and our results will be available in Fall 2016.

The National Guild  for Community Arts Education has released a new report with data and best practices collected from partnerships between arts education organizations and public schools. Titled The Practice of Partnership: High-Impact Arts Education Partnerships with K-12 Schools, the report details characteristics of successful collaborations supported by the Guild’s nine-year Partners in Arts Education Program (PIAE).
